Notice about the event “Item Giveaway"
Currently there is an issue about the rewards of the event “Item Giveaway” not being shown at in-game In-box after you get your rewards after redeeming promotional codes.
We are now under investigation to find the cause of this problem.
We have redistributed the rewards for those who have experienced this problem and it is available to use them now.
The reward distribution followed by the event using promotional codes may be delayed in the future, but we will do our best to distribute the rewards within 5 days.
In addition we will inform you as soon as we solve this problem.
