Regarding server instability issue (Resolved)
Recently, Global MU Online's users have been experiencing server instability and resulting disconnection issues.
Please accept our deepest apology for the continuous disruptions in server connection and unstable game environment.
We have been working with our server team in order to resolve the issue and stabilize all servers. We're sincerely hoping to prevent this from ever happening again, so that all players can enjoy MU without experiencing any kind of inconveniences.
In order to diminish the disconnection issue,
1) We advise you to refrain from changing channels during 15 minutes of the following time
(UTC) 15:00 ~ 15:15
(UTC) 17:00 ~ 17:15
(UTC) 19:00 ~ 19:15
(UTC) 21:00 ~ 21:15
(UTC) 23:00 ~ 23:15
(UTC) 01:00 ~ 01:15
2) If you are having trouble connecting to server, please wait for 15 minutes before trying again.
As compensation for recent issues,
Please accept our Compensation Package on Webshop.
For Gold Channel users, additional compensation will be distributed later.
