Please note that several reports regarding the Monster Soul Converter Rewards has been submitted after the scheduled maintenance of 10th of September and is currently under investigation. 


Until the issue has been correctly identified and resolved, we strongly ask that you refrain from the use of Monster Soul Converter items and wait until further notice. 

*Especially, please refrain from selecting "Accessory" reward for Lv.5 Monster Soul Converter Reward

We sincerely apologize for the issue caused after the update as well as for bringing inconvenience to our users. 


*Please note that the issue has been resolved through temporary maintenance at 12th of September. 

* The affected users have been investigated and compensated with "Mastery Reward Chest (1,000)" at 13th of September, 07:25 AM (UTC)

* The Mastery Reward Chest (1,000) can be found at cash shop inventory.
