We have identified an issue where some users connecting from Brazil are unable to complete their account creation even after successfully passing the KWS verification step.
Our investigation has confirmed that this error primarily occurs when the website language is set to Portuguese or Spanish.
While our technical team is working on a permanent fix, please follow the steps below to complete your registration:

1) Go to the webzen.com registration page.
2) Ensure the website language setting is switched to English (en) before starting the process.
3) Complete the KWS verification.
4) Proceed to the final account creation step.

*Setting the language to English (en) should allow you to bypass the current error and create your account successfully.
