For those who can’t update account ID

Mutizens,

Our portal website merge of Webzen.com / gPotato.com / gPotato.eu has been completed. However, due to unexpected problems, some of our players have not been able to transfer/merge their accounts. We are aware of these issues and would like to apologize for the inconvenience. While we are working on better solutions, we understand that you would like to be able to rejoin MU as soon as possible. Hence, we are going to receive emails to deal with any issues regarding transferring/merging accounts.

If you have tried all the possible solutions to update/transfer your account you could think of, but you cannot receive any emails from us, please fill out the form linked below to update your account manually.

Note – New ID and New email have to be unique. If you submit ID or email that is already being used in another account, account update will fail.
