Known Issues regarding MU Pass and Purchases unshown at in-game shop
Dear MUtizens,
Please note that severals issues have been found after the maintenance at 20th of June.
For details in regards, please refer to the below.
1. MU Pass purchase unavailable despite having sufficient Wcoin.
2. Purchases made at webshop being unshown at in-game inventory.
3. In-game shop purchase unavailable for the users affected with the second issue above.
All the issues have been solved at 11:07 27th of June UTC and we apologize for the delay caused.
However, for those who are still undergoing the mentioned issues above, we kindly ask that you report to us by CS.
We shall make sure to provide assistance and further investigate the case as soon as possible based on the information provided.
