Greetings,

While roaming around MU forum and Facebook, we got some issues to be explained.

Therefore, we would like to help Mutizens understand by clarifying those issues.

1) Confusion about making a group to participate in PVP tournament

As we mentioned, we are going to hold PVP tournament in new server “Yggdrasil”.

It is necessary to gather minimum 7 members while it is not mandatory to prepare different classes each other.

For example, an applying team can possess the plural classes (7 Dark Knights for example).

After picking 32 teams up, we will set and give accounts which, as you know, will have 7 different classes.

2) Problem in creating a guild and removing guild members

The problem in creating a guild and removing guild members has been resolved and now, players can participate in a guild event in new server “Yggdrasil”. If you have any further issue related to this matter, please let us know.

3) Inconvenient changes of UI design

First of all, we are sorry that some changes of UI design made players uncomfortable.

Although there are some innovative changes such as moving UI window but some of those rapid changes are apparently not tasteful as we expected.

We are very aware that some improvement is needed in current UI system and will keep looking for any glitch to be fixed and any of your suggestion is welcome.

4) Lag in playing game (especially when running multi clients)

We are aware that those who ran 3 clients before EX700 update can’t run more than 2 now due to the slight increase of system requirement. Also, some players complain about lag in playing game because of the same issue. This issue won’t be easily solved but we will keep looking if any solution exists. We truly apologize for your inconvenience.

5) Will it be available to purchase premium service? (Server Transfer, Character Transfer)

Yes. Those premium services will be available very soon but server transfer service will be only available between Helheim & Midgard as it has always been.

6) No market forum for new server “Yggdrasil”

Market forum for new server “Yggdrasil” is open now. You can drop by anytime you want to trade with other players in “Yggdrasil”.

7) Missing Jewel of Chaos among 18th stamp event rewards

Missing Jewels of Chaos were completely given to those who did not receive at that time. Please check your inbox.

8) Not available to buy “Kalima Entrance Ticket” in in game shop

We are sorry to say that “Kilima Entrance Ticket” is not available now due to the invisible item image in in game shop.

Therefore, this item is temporarily unavailable and it will get fixed soon. We apologize for your inconvenience. 

9) Not available to trade all sorts of talisman items (including TCA) 

That players cannot trade any sort of talisman item with other players anymore is not a bug but what it should have been supposed to be. While trading TCA had been a convenient method to make pro items or to trade expensive items, it had always been the culprit of abusing item duplication. Thus, we fixed the problem and notify players with the fact it is not a bug. 

10) 3rd Anniversary URL Event winner!

Congratulations!! We announce the winner of 3rd Anniversary URL Event!

Because of customs regulations of country the winner belongs to, we talked with the winner and decided to give in game items which worth ‘X-Box’ to the winner.

11) Clarification of guild event in Yggdrasil

In the event where players in guilds can get rewards when succeeding to achieve a certain level, please note that even though the level of players exceeds 400, their master level is not counted.
