Getting a wrong VIP reward from a stamp event

We recently discovered that some players couldn’t properly receive a VIP reward which was supposed to be given to them. Those players will be given a right reward (Gold Channel Ticket 3Days) on August 22, 2012 GST after regular maintenance. If you have any further problem (Like getting a wrong reward from a 3^rd day stamp), please send us a direct inquiry. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Missed compensations from the unstable network issue caused by DDOS

We also found out that we missed some players who deserved to receive the DDOS compensation. Those missed players will be able to receive the compensation on August 22, 2012 GST after regular maintenance.

Missed rewards for returning warriors

Recently, we held an event for returning warriors by giving them cash buff items when they return. However, it was discovered that some of them didn’t receive those promised rewards at all.

Those returning players will also receive proper rewards on August 22, 2012 GST after regular maintenance.   

Delayed rewards of a surprise event called ‘MU Sport Toto’.

Among those who joined this event, the lucky players who correctly guessed the final score of Korea vs Brazil match will be given the promised rewards on August 22, 2012 GST after regular maintenance.
