We notify Mutizens of the news that the periodical item issue has been fixed and all the items in MU Item shop can be normally purchased from now on.

However, some Mutizens who already purchased and used periodical items might have some difficulties. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and we will compensate for the lost periods of items as soon as possible.

(Players who purchased periodical items before the maintenance on Sep 5)

-In case the item was not used yet

If any item hadn’t been used from INBOX yet, the period of items would be changed back now.

-In case the item was already used

If some items had been already used with the wrong period, the rest periods of items would be restored in INBOX soon (Related news will be announced).  

(Players who purchased periodical items after the maintenance on Sep 5)

-In case the item was not used yet or in case the item was already used

Whether wrong items had been already used from INBOX or not, the rest periods of items would be restored in INBOX soon (Related news will be announced).  

*If some items suddenly disappeared, please send us a direct inquiry and then, we will check.
