Disconnection issues in recent Castle Siege

Greetings,  

Regrettably, a disconnection issue had occurred during Castle Siege again. We have patched for tracking the issue last week. However, this performance will take more time to investigate. We sincerely apologize for the disconnection issue happened and we will take action to construct better protection system for the issue with our best.  


Therefore, we need more information from those who participated in the Castle Siege last week and experienced many disconnections (much more than usual) at that time.


Please write your information here and send us email with files in Mu Online folder we requested. This will help us to investigate the circumstance.
