However, as the Roulette Event is one of the most beloved events of MU Online, we apologize for not providing prior announcement regarding such changes as well as bringing misunderstanding to our users. 

For the Dimensional Roulette events in the nearby future, we shall make sure to inform our users in advance regarding any changes or renewal of the event.
