MU Online Team is continuously expanding our gaming environment to ensure that more global users can enjoy the game comfortably.

In line with this effort, we are pleased to announce that Polish language support will be newly introduced to Global MU Online starting in mid-October.

This Polish language support utilizes AI translation technology to provide the service more quickly and conveniently.
We have reviewed the translatable scope prior to launch, and we plan to continuously improve the translation quality based on community feedback even after the service is applied.

1. Polish Language Support and Important Notes
- Due to the nature of a service provided through AI translation and user feedback, initial implementation may contain some typos, awkward phrasings, or unnatural expressions in certain texts, quests, or item descriptions.
- If there is a discrepancy in meaning between the Polish translation and the English original, the English original will serve as the standard.
- However, if you are affected in terms of gameplay, purchases, event participation, or rewards due to a translation error, you may request review and assistance through our official Customer Support.

2. Feedback and Improvement Process
- To provide a better Polish language service, we will be opening a dedicated Polish feedback channel within our official Discord. We will continuously review and improve translation quality based on user feedback.
- For individual support inquiries such as accounts, payments, game restrictions, or event rewards, please use our official Customer Support.
- If you discover any awkward expressions or content that needs correction while playing, please feel free to leave your feedback.

The valuable opinions you share will be carefully reviewed and actively reflected in gradual updates. We ask for your active participation.

To celebrate the introduction of Polish language support, we are preparing various community events for our Polish-speaking users.
