[Speed Event Server] FAQ ver 1.0
There are some inquries regarding Speed Event Server and our team has been gathering questions regarding those. Below are frequently-asked-questions and it is also on the forum (site: https://goo.gl/ufZ5MI)

Q. Why items without [Speed] tag aren't visible from my inbox?
A. At Speed Event Server, items with [Speed] tags are only visible. Items without the tag are purchasable but it will be shown only at original servers.
Q. Where is the Ranking page?
A. Please follow the below
- Go to http://muonline.webzen.com/events/speed-server
- Go to 'Open event' Tab
- Scroll down to Open Event 3
- You can find the rank there
Q. 150 letters in Mailbox?
A. At Speed Event Server, you can save your mail up to 150. Besides, it will be applied to all servers at next update (11-2)
Q. Why the guy David is missing?
A. You can use your lucky Item card only by right-click.
Q. Where is speed server transfer ticket?
A. Currently, you can't purchase the item but you will be able to buy the coupon before the Speed Event Server closure, we will make a notice as well when it is available.
Q. Can I transfer my character in Speed Event Server after Gold Ticket expires?
A. Yes. You can transfer your Character on 'Mu online official Webpage'. It is not necessary to log in to the game to transfer your characters. Q. How can i transfer back to Normal Server my new character if i used an already existing character name ?
A. When you transfer the character to Normal servers, you will be asked to set up new character name. Just like you make a new character.
Q.Can characters above 380 get 'Free Transfer Coupon' ?
A. Yes. All accounts will be able to get 1 free transfer coupon no matter its character level.
Q. How can we obtain the items as transfer reward? Through X inbox?
A. Items will be provided automatically in your inventory when you log into original server after transfer.
Q. How can we get rid of Lucky Sets at Speed Server while there is no NPC David?
A. When you right-click on Lucky items, you can simply get rid of Lucky sets.
Q. If we create a character in Speed Server on account A, do we need to transfer the character to account A on original servers? or can be any other account ?
A. It can't be any other account. You will be only able to transfer to the same account.
