New TopUp Policy and Allopass Issue

Dear MUtizens,

The new TopUp policy has gone live with today's maintenance. If you missed our last announcement, you can familiarise yourself with the changes here.

Also, as part of the policy changes, the bonus rate for mobile payment options has been removed and is now at 0%.

Unfortunately we are currently also experiencing a small issue with the pricing on the Allopass payment option, this has not been updated properly when the new policy changes went live. The billing system engineers are looking into this issue and will fix it as soon as possible.

Please note: The rates for Mopay mobile payment have been applied correctly.
